  • Method
    - liver function, blood, and urine; tests are conducted after consulting a doctor
    - Test for Hepatitis B: Apply at the desk of Civil Service; blood is taken at the blood sampling center after payment is made
    - Examination of blood-type: Immediate examination at the blood sampling center. Children younger than elementary school age ----- Examination is Free
    - ADIS/HIV Test: Apply at the blood sampling center (Anonymous test) ----- Free

Examination for osteoporosis (Bone Mineral Density Center ¢Ï02-2091-4670)

  • Location: 4th floor
  • Subjects
    - Residents of Dobong District whose age is more than 20 years old
    - Those who are diagnosed through a doctor¡¯s examination
  • Method: Phone call and drop-in reservation ¢¡ Application and payment at the desk of Civil Service located at the
    3rd floor for the day¡¯s reservation ¢¡ Bone Mineral Density Center
  • Cost - For those who are more than 65 years old, registered physically challenged, and those who receive medical aid
    from the government: 4,000won
    - Less than 65 years old: 8,000won

Electrocardiogram Test (Health Examination Center ¢Ï02-2091-4666)

  • Method: Test is conducted after consulting a doctor; a doctor¡¯s referral/request is required

Health examination for foreign workers

  • Schedule: Throughout the year
  • Subjects: Korean-Chinese, foreign migrant workers (including illegal migrant workers), females who emigrated after
    marriage and living in multi-cultural environment
  • Areas: Standard physical examination, electrocardiogram, blood glucose, liver function, lipid profile, Hepatitis B,
    kidney function, chest X-ray
  • Fee: Free
  • Results: Mail notice to mailing address after 10 days
  • Note: Fasting in the morning (no breakfast) on the day of examination (Mon. ~ Fri., 09:00 a.m. ~11:00 a.m.)
